Our Services and Activities

Developing human rights due diligence guidance designed to address state-imposed forced labour risks in global supply chains. This includes leveraging existing and emerging legislative frameworks, such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act and the EU Forced Labour Regulation to stregthen risk identification and assessment strategies, ensuring businesses are equipped to effectively prevent and respond to these risks.
Engagement with businesses, investors, trade associations, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies to drive awareness on the impact of state-imposed forced labour. Through evidence-based research, this engagement focuses on identifying key challenges, policy gaps and opportunities. Additionally, GRC provides guidance through these engagements on how stakeholders can effectively respond to state-imposed forced labour, including by implementing stronger human rights due diligence standards and responsible business practices to better identify and prioritise state-imposed forced labour risks across global supply chains.
