Since March 2023, we’ve been piloting an innovative, community-based monitoring programme using MyVox, our labour complaints documentation and monitoring tool. Deployed across three major industrial cities in Pakistan, MyVox empowers paralegals to identify, document, and track labour complaints in the textile and garment sector – all in real time.
In 2025 alone, the tool has enabled streamlined, data-driven tracking of labour rights issues, thanks to our newly developed Power BI live dashboard. The dashboard:
- Is interactive and user-friendly, making complex data easy to navigate.
- Offers real-time insights, helping stakeholders visualise complaint patterns and monitor remediation efforts.
