Prior to joining GRC, Joe spent over 12 years focussing on issues pertaining to the Kosovo conflict, where he spent several years located in Kosovo, Belgium, and the Netherlands, focussing on war crimes, crimes against humanity and grave violations of IHL and ICJ. Most notably, Joe was Special Assistant to the Chief Prosecutor at the Kosovo tribunal and was heavily involved in the investigation and subsequent prosecution of alleged war criminals. Prior to that, Joe spent a decade working for various Senior Judges and Courts in the Ministry of Justice, UK.
