Julianne is Senior Legal Advisor with 13 years of experience in international criminal law and international human rights in multiple regions. She has advised victims on legal avenues for redress and accountability in domestic, regional, and international settings, and assisted in representing individuals charged with genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and other crimes at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. Julianne is admitted as a lawyer in New York State and France and as a legal assistant to counsel at the International Criminal Court and formerly in the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia.
