Dušan is a lawyer with over ten years of experience specialising in international criminal law, transitional justice and institutional reform. He documented and filed criminal complaints for war crimes, which resulted in successful criminal prosecution, and represented victims in war crimes criminal proceedings. Dusan advised national authorities – Governments and criminal justice actors investigating, prosecuting and adjudicating war crimes cases – while working with various organisations, including the UN, OSCE, and IOM, in conflict and post-conflict countries, i.e., Afghanistan, Iraq, Serbia and Ukraine.
