Global Rights Compliance (GRC) has released its Annual Report for 2025, detailing the organisation’s work over the past year to advance accountability, strengthen justice systems, and uphold the rule of law across conflict-affected and high-risk environments.

The report highlights GRC’s work alongside national authorities, civil society organisations, businesses, and worker representatives in some of the world’s most challenging environments. From supporting investigations into serious violations, to strengthening access to justice and promoting responsible business practices, GRC works with local and international partners to help ensure that evidence leads to accountability, justice, and meaningful change.
Throughout 2025, GRC’s work focused on four key accountability outcomes:
- supporting the investigation of international crimes and human rights abuses;
- recognising humanitarian and conflict-related harms as accountability issues;
- improving access to justice and remedy for survivors and communities;
- strengthening accountability frameworks for business and economic actors.
In Ukraine, GRC’s Mobile Justice Teams continued supporting national authorities in the investigation of international crimes, including war crimes and crimes against humanity, helping strengthen prosecutorial strategies and advance complex cases involving attacks on civilians, conflict-related sexual violence, deportation, and attacks on critical civilian infrastructure.
Beyond Ukraine, GRC worked with partners across Iraq, Yemen, Pakistan, China, and the DPRK to strengthen local accountability efforts, support survivor-centred approaches to justice, document serious human rights violations, address forced labour and exploitation, and promote responsible business conduct in conflict-affected and high-risk environments.
